1. Door to door delivery and cash on delivery order: when the courier delivers the goods to the door, you must check the goods according to the delivery note face to face. If there is a shortage of goods and damaged goods, please return the whole order of goods on the spot. If the order contains gifts, please return them together. Once you confirm your signature, we will not be able to return or reissue for you.
Special tips:
If your order is paid by account balance or gift certificate, it can be handled only when the amount of returned goods is less than the actual amount payable.
If your order contains gifts, you will not be able to provide this service; If it is a complete set of goods, you can only return the whole set. If it is a bundled product, you need to return the gift together with the main product.
2. Post office mail order: please be sure to check the outer package when receiving the package. If you find the package damaged, please don't sign for it. Then please mail the original package list to us in time. Your original package list will be the only proof for us to handle replacement or refund for you. After receiving the parcel list, we will go through the relevant formalities for you. If you do not open the outer packing box, you can also return all the goods on the spot. For surface mail order, if the package is found damaged when receiving the package, please ask the post office to issue a package damage certificate. Note: please check the invoice carefully when checking and signing. If the invoice is wrong or omitted, please contact us in time, indicating the order number, mailing address and recipient's name. We will issue it for you and mail it to you as soon as we receive your information.
